Greetings from Wendy’s Robin

rantingrobins:

A couple things to share..

One of my regulars told me today that the reason he comes in every day is because his wife has Alzheimer’s and says to him every morning “You know, I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a long time… let’s go!” I think it’s so cute that he just brings her in every day instead of trying to talk her out of it :’)

Also, some kid came in and ordered to go, then came back about an hour later to give me his phone number. I thought it was funny. Kind of made my day too, even though I don’t plan on contacting him.

OH AND I FOUND MY JACKET TODAY <3 <3 <3.

Day 302

Still working on my toe nails omg.

I worked today.

I tried really hard to get things done.

I did get a lot done.

It’s disgusting hot inside and outside.

This lady today told one of my managers what a great employee I am and how I’m worth keeping around because I went up on a ladder and found 2 more of a pillow she needed behind a banner. At first when she asked my name, I wondered if she was going to write/say something, but I doubted it because people usually ask but I’ve never had a comment written & I’ve never had anything said about me (that I know of). But then I went up to customer service and she was checking out and she pointed to me and said “there she is, Rachel is such a great employee and she went up on a ladder and checked the back, oh she’s great and so worth keeping around” and then my manager told me good job. Omg. It’s the first time anything like that has ever happened. Aw :3. Then we told each other we made each others days.

I wore my Uggs for the first time ever and they felt amazingly amazing on my feet. They aren’t hot or sweaty or anything. I’m in love♥

Also this ‘zombie apocalypse’ News story about the man in Miami; He wasn’t a zombie, he was on Methedrone. Just like the HUNDREDS of ‘cannibals’ there have been before in America but didn’t receive the same level of news coverage as Rudy Euguene. In 2009 a man ate his own intestines on crystal…
